Grandmom's Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 squash, sliced
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ritz cracker, crushed
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 boil squash about 15 minutes, or until tender. drain.
- 3 add milk, butter, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and sugar to the squash. mix well.
- 4 pour mixture into a 9x9 or 8x8 casserole dish.
- 5 sprinkle cheese and then crackers on top of casserole.
- 6 bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
