Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 -4 lbs potatoes
- 1 lb bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- seasoning salt, to taste
- salad seasoning, to taste
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until tender; allow potatoes to cool; then peel and cube them; set aside.
- 2 fry bacon and onion together in a large skillet.
- 3 add in potatoes and seasonings; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
