- 4 italian tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
Recipe
- 1 put tomatoes side by side in a baking dish. sprinkle with olive oil and with salt and pepper.
- 2 cook in a preheated oven of 450 f for about 50 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and skin is lightly folded.
