Grilled Savory Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 4 cups o'brien frozen potatoes, with onions and bell peppers (from a 28 oz. bag)
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

• 1 heat gas or charcoal grill (or preheat oven to 350).
• 2 spray 12x8" foil pan with cooking spray.
• 3 place potatoes in pan.
• 4 drizzle with dressing; mix gently.
• 5 sprinkle with shredded cheese.
• 6 cover pan with foil.
• 7 place pan on grill over medium heat (or place in preheated oven).
• 8 cover grill; cook 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pan 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
• 9 to serve, carefully remove foil.
• 10 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
