Hash Browns Brunch Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes, unthawed
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (6 ounce) can french-fried onions, reserved

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine all ingredients except french fried onions in large bowl.
  • 3 transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2" glass baking dish.
  • 4 bake until top is slightly golden, about 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • 5 sprinkle with onions & bake five minutes more until onions are golden brown. watch closely, as onions will burn quickly.
