Hash Browns Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and garlic salt.
  • 2 add potatoes and cheddar cheese, mix well, and pour into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • 3 top with parmesan cheese.
  • 4 bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
