Ingredients

- 3 cups corn kernels, fresh, divided 
 
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk 
 
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
 
Recipe
- 1 place 2 cups corn, the milk, cornstarch, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth. 
 
- 2 trnasfer the ouree to a medium saucepan and add the remaining 1 cup corn.
