Homemade French Fries

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1 -2 cup canola oil
- 3 tablespoons lowery's seasoning salt
Recipe
- 1 cut potatoes into thin french fries.
- 2 heat oil in a large skillet.
- 3 cover bottom of skillet with potatoes (do not over lap, if there are too many make them into two batches.).
- 4 let them fry for 8-9 minutes, or until the bottom is brown.
- 5 flip the fries over and let them fry another 8 minutes.
- 6 remove potatoes from oil and season.
- 7 serve hot.
