- 16 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sweet unsalted butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- salt
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, add pasta and cook according to package directions.
- 2 drain pasta, and place butter and cream into the pot.
- 3 return the pasta to the pot, add the parmesan cheese, and stir until pasta is coated and the butter is melted.
