Ingredients

- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons lard
- salt & pepper
- 1 onion
Recipe
- 1 peel and slice potatoes.
- 2 heat fat in a large skillet until hot.
- 3 add sliced potatoes.
- 4 fry well, turn occasionally until nice and brown.
- 5 add onion, fry few minutes more.
- 6 salt and pepper.
