Ingredients

- 3 pears, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 slice the pears into 'pear steaks' about 1/3 inch thick.
- 2 mix together honey, ginger and lemon juice.
- 3 pour glaze over pears.
- 4 grill pear steaks on each side for 2 minute
- 5 eat warm with dinner, or as a dessert over ice cream.
