- 1 lb asparagus, washed trimmed and cut into 3-inch lengths
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet; stir in sugar until dissolved; add asparagus and sauté about 2 minutes turning gently.
- 2 add broth; cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes; cook uncovered about 2 minutes until sauce thickens and asparagus is tender, serve.
