Glazed Asparagus

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus, washed trimmed and cut into 3-inch lengths
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in skillet; stir in sugar until dissolved; add asparagus and sauté about 2 minutes turning gently.
  • 2 add broth; cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes; cook uncovered about 2 minutes until sauce thickens and asparagus is tender, serve.
