Grandma's Rice

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cups minute rice
- 2 cups fine egg noodles
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 teaspoons chicken bouillon (4 cubes)
- lemon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a frying pan, melt butter.
- 2 sautee onion until golden.
- 3 add rice and noodles and sautee until golden.
- 4 add bouillon to boiling water, and add to pan.
- 5 stir to mix well.
- 6 make sure it is boiling, and then reduce heat to low and cover for 30 minutes.
- 7 add lemon pepper to taste.
