Fried Potatoes & Onions

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs potatoes, sliced into thick chips (wash but do not peel)
  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  • salt
  • fresh ground pepper
  • canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in 12 inch covered skillet add enough oil to cover bottom about 1/4 inch thick.
  • 2 add sliced potatoes and quartered onions.
  • 3 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally till potatoes are tender.
