Ingredients

- 1 (3/4-1 ounce) envelope fried rice seasoning
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 cups cold cooked rice
- 1/2 cup peas
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, gently whisk together seasoning mix and water and set aside. in a large skillet or wok, heat oil. stir-fry onions in oil for 2-3 minutes. add egg; cook and stir until scrambled.
- 2 add rice and peas. stir-fry until heated through. stir in seasoning mixture and stir-fry another 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
