- 4 large sweet potatoes (or yams)
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 f.
- 2 peel potatoes and boil until soft (35-40 minutes).
- 3 mash and add remaining ingredients.
- 4 beat well and place in a buttered casserole.
- 5 dot top with butter slices.
- 6 bake 35 minutes at 350f degrees (until brown).
