Ingredients

- 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 bags)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Recipe
- 1 mix all together, except butter and corn flakes.
- 2 put in a 9x11-inch pan.
- 3 melt 1/4 cup butter.
- 4 add corn flakes. pour over ingredients.
- 5 pour remainder of melted butter over ingredients.
- 6 bake at 350f for 3/4 - 1 hour.
