Hash Browns

Total Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 32 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes (1 1/2 bags)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together, except butter and corn flakes.
  • 2 put in a 9x11-inch pan.
  • 3 melt 1/4 cup butter.
  • 4 add corn flakes. pour over ingredients.
  • 5 pour remainder of melted butter over ingredients.
  • 6 bake at 350f for 3/4 - 1 hour.
