- 3/4 cup celery
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 1/8 cups canned pineapple
- 2 tablespoons almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup fat free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise
