Jack's Savory Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb sausage, browned
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 7 cups bread cubes
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage in skillet.
- 2 drain sausage.
- 3 combine soup, chicken broth and seasonings in bowl.
- 4 add sausage, onion, celery and bread cubes.
- 5 gently stuff bird or bake in 2 quart casserole dishes at 350 for 40 minutes.
