Jeanne Bice's Corn Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • paprika, for garnish (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f. have ready a small casserole dish.
  • 2 combine cream cheese, milk, butter and onion salt in a saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese melts. stir corn into cheese.
  • 3 pour into small casserole dish. sprinkle with paprika for color, if desired. cook in preheated oven, uncovered until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
