Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 pint heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 mix it all together in a bowl.
- 2 grease a 9 x 13 pan and add mixture to pan.
- 3 bake at 350. check it after about an hour. the edges should begin pulling away from the sides but the middle will still be soft.
- 4 adjust cooking time according to your oven and your own taste.
