Corn Cake (sweet)

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) boxes jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pint heavy cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix it all together in a bowl.
  • 2 grease a 9 x 13 pan and add mixture to pan.
  • 3 bake at 350. check it after about an hour. the edges should begin pulling away from the sides but the middle will still be soft.
  • 4 adjust cooking time according to your oven and your own taste.
