Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar, water and vinegar in a small saucepan.
- 2 stir over a medium heat until sugar disolves.
- 3 stir in peanuts and hoisin sauce.
